Community Living Support (CLS) empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Through our partnerships with OCHN and MCCMH, we provide personalized skill-building and daily living assistance for both adults and children.
Community Living Support (CLS) is a Medicaid-funded service that helps individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs develop skills for independent living and community participation.
Learn essential skills like cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and time management. We teach practical skills that build confidence and independence.
Support to access community resources, participate in recreational activities, attend appointments, and engage with neighbors and local organizations.
Build communication skills, learn appropriate social interactions, develop friendships, and navigate social situations with confidence.
Positive behavioral interventions and strategies to help manage challenging behaviors, develop coping skills, and improve emotional regulation.
Help getting to work, school, medical appointments, and community activities. We support individuals in learning to use public transportation independently when appropriate.
Support with maintaining a safe, clean living environment including organizing, meal planning, grocery shopping, and basic home maintenance tasks.
