Eligibility depends on the program. For Michigan Home Help, you typically need to be on Medicaid and require assistance with daily living activities. For MCCMH and OCHN programs, eligibility is based on developmental disability or mental health needs. Contact us for a free assessment—we'll help determine which programs you may qualify for.
Our caregivers assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, companionship, and community integration. Services are tailored to each individual's care plan and needs.
Once eligibility is confirmed and a care plan is in place, we can often begin services within a few days. The timeline varies depending on the program and approval process. We work diligently to match you with a compatible caregiver as quickly as possible.
Yes! We believe the caregiver-client relationship is essential. We carefully match caregivers based on skills, personality, and preferences. If you have a family member or friend you'd like as your caregiver, many programs allow this—we can help them through the enrollment process.

For most of our programs, services are covered through Medicaid, Medicare, or waiver programs at no cost to the client. We work directly with insurance providers and can help you understand your coverage. Private pay options are also available.
